It gives me great pleasure to write this reference for . They were originally recommended to me by Foxtons on the basis that T&M had completed several successful projects for a number of their clients.

I went to see some of this work prior to appointing T&M for my own refurbishment project and was completely impressed. I have to say that I cannot fault the quality of their work in any way. They also offered a very decent quote which was better than some others I received. They have an excellent vision that seemed to fit perfectly with my own. The building work itself was completed on time and to budget.

Their working staff were extremely reliable, professional and friendly. The company owners themselves also fit this mould, are extremely knowledgeable and were available at all hours of the day to answer any question no matter how small. This was my first property development project and having heard nightmare stories about other builders I was pleasantly surprised that everything went not only smoothly but better than expected.

Just to confirm the work that I had done included a complete re-vamp of the entire property (which was gutted), new drainage/electricals, a large extension and major structural work. I am an extremely hard person to impress but I would have no hesitation in recommending T&M Property Services to anyone.
